How to Measure Correctly (Body Measurements)- Chest: Run the measuring tape horizontally across the fullest part of the chest/back, breathing normally.
- Shoulder: Straight line from shoulder tip to shoulder tip across the back.
- Length: From the highest shoulder point to the desired hem.
- Sleeve: From shoulder tip to wrist with a slightly bent arm.
Tip: Measure a well-fitting shirt flat and compare it with the chart – this will provide the safest choice.
